
Novice Wahine Team Info:
Welcome to your first year paddling with SBOCC!
We are thrilled to have you on board. Your Novice experience will include the Ironman and Sprint races with your last Novice race at SBOCC"s State Sprint Champsionships on July 24th. After that you will move to join the Open Women's team and finish the season with the change races.
Cross training is essential in building your endurance and the muscles that will be supporting the ones you use for paddling. Besides your time on the water, please make sure you are working out on land with cardio and weight training. If you don't have a gym membership, below you will find a link to several attachments that you can use to help improve your performance on the water.
